School follows CBSE CURRICULAM. Promotion will be totally based on the whole year's performance. It will be essential for the child to get minimum 'D' Grade or 33% marks in all subjects and aggregate.
- An academic year has been divided into two terms. The first term will be from April - September and second term from October - March.
- School follows C.B.S.E.CURRICULAM in classes I - X also as per CBSE guidelines.
- Evaluation of Scholastic area will be done through two term tests.(T1 and T-2), Half yearly Examination and Annual Examination.
- projects, practical assignments, Activities, Subject wise homework are assigned from time to time to check the progress of the child and its’ 5 marks are added in S.E.( SUBJECT ENRICHMENT) and 5 marks are awarded to N.B(NOTE BOOK)
- The weightage of NB and SE will be 10 marks and 10 percent of (T-1 and T-2) will be carried forward for the annual exam.
- The annual examination will be out of 80 marks.
- XI and XII will have the Board Examination pattern of Theory Practical ratio as per the CBSE norms.
IN ADDITION TO THIS SUBJECTS LIKE,PD/VE, ART/CRAFT AND GK IS ALSO TAUGHT
Co Scholastic activities like :
- Work education, Art education (Visual and Performing Arts).
- Work education, Art education (Visual and Performing Arts).
- Health and physical education: Gardening/Shramdan (compulsory) sports, First Aid, Swimming, Yoga (any 1) will also be graded.
- In Class XI scoring 33% in theory & practical papers separately is essential excluding weekly test.
- It is essential to score minimum 'D' grade in the subjects in which grading system is applied.
- Evaluated answer scripts of students, (except SA2) will be given to students and on request by Parents on PTM day.
NOTE:-
- Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year's performance of the pupil, hence importance of regularity in attendance is imperative (75% is compulsory).
- Re-test/ Exam/EIOP (Eligible for Improvement Of Performance) is permitted, as per CBSE Guidelines. Courses of all the tests will be provided by the subject teacher.
- 75% attendance is must for promotion to the next higher class.
- If a child is absent in any of the examinations, may be on any ground, he/she lead compartment Examination.
- If a child is unable to attend the compartment Examination, on medical ground he/she may be considered for promotion on the basis of the whole year/half yearly performance.(provided medical Certificate submitted).
- It will be essential for a student of class X & XII to qualify the pre board/model tests with a minimum score of 50% marks in each subject.
- A student must pass in compartment Examination by securing at least passing marks as mentioned in the rules, in each subject. No. grace marks shall be given in the Supplementary Examinations.
