Medical health check-up are undertaken in schools to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the health of pupils.
Childhood is the age of learning and it is the time when a child start developing practices and attitude towards health. Teachers should make sure that every student undertakes his/her daily chores such as brushing teeth, cutting nails cleaning ears etc. Promotion of positive health, prevention of diseases, awakening health consciousness in children should be the objectives of medical health check-up.
